  • I moved to this area 3 years ago and this has been my go to location for service. I'm not one to write reviews or surveys. I'm only doing this in hopes of making this location more efficient. I would like to bring up three issues I've had in recent months. One, this past summer I requested an AC recharge and the individual performing the task didnt know how to operate the machine. After 20 minutes of failed attempts I was instructed to come back the next day and someone would be availble to operate the equipment. Two, recently came in for inspection and I was told I needed to purchase wipers or the inspection wouldn't pass. Feeling pressured and cornered I purchased the wipers and asked to keep my old wipers. After passing the inspection and leaving I put my old wipers back on the car because there was nothing wrong with them. Three, in a recent oil change the drain plug was not tightened all the way. I leaked a 1/4 quart on my garage floor over night. I went back the next day and they took good care of me. Cleaned up the car, tightened the plug and topped off the oil. To recap, I won't be returning for inspections or AC recharge. But you still have my business for oil changes. I like this location and the guys are friendly to chat with everytime I'm there. I'm just hoping by pointing things out everything can be more efficient.
