  • The parking situation has become a joke here & is a deterrent to me visiting Biltmore more often. The fact that huge areas are closed off for valet parking only, & then sit open 90% of the time is horrible. Really, other than Fri. & Sat. nights, why would they keep so many spots for valet parking? It shows that they are out of touch with reality & the consumer. I emailed the lady in charge about this & she sent back a canned response that did not address my actual points. Westcor needs to take a look at the situation that's happening at Biltmore & fix it. That being said, the places that keep me coming back here are The Apple Store, Mojo Yogurt, Mac Cosmetics, & sometimes Paradise Bakery. Since those are all on the south side of the mall, I always feel rushed to get out of there, because all non-valet parking on the south side in on a timer in a pay lot. They only validate for a limited time, & I am not interested in a mall where I have to pay to park. I'd love to stay longer to walk around & shop, but the parking situation just doesn't make me feel welcome here. I hope Westcor does something about it, & soon.
