  • Delicious BBQ. Fresh and tender meats. I bought the five meats plate and loved every bite EXCEPT for the link because it had Anise spices in it (anise is what gives black licorice its flavor and I'm not a fan of black licorice) others enjoyed the link though so maybe it was just me. The sauce is ok but honestly you don't need anything with these meats they are literally smoked to perfection and seasoned proper. The owner chef Tim (if I remember correctly) was very kind and was constantly making sure everyone was taken care of. My only problem is that I wish this place was bigger and had ac. It's a tough road eating BBQ and sweating in an establishment :/ but honestly the food was so good no one even complained. In the future when I do come back to Vegas I hope to grab some Rollin' smokes, but next time I'll be ordering to go! :)
