  • I moved to Grigio to be close to ASU, and apparently so did everyone else here. The positives: Close to ASU, nice new building, great pool area with grills, hot tub and fire pit. The biggest negative is that most of the apartments overlook the pool area and it gets extremely noisy. I'm sure it's a small minority of the residents but some people like nothing more than to get drunk and yell and scream at 3:00 am every night of the week. The other apartments overlook either Apache or McClintock, both major streets and I would imagine pretty loud as well. If you just want a party place and don't care about getting any sleep it's not too shabby a place, otherwise stay away.
