  • If I could give Express Towing 10 stars, I would. Gary accommodated our need for a tow service same day within 2 hours after I called. He came on time. Very professional. If you need any towing services, I highly recommend Express Towing's service. The price is reasonable. Easy, no hassle. We were able to finish the whole process in less than an hour, from picking up the car from another apartment to delivering it to our new home. OUR STORY BEFORE WE DECIDE TO USE EXPRESS TOWING: We decided to donate our car. An affiliate towing company of that charity called us and set up the time for pick-up. 2 hours later, they never came. We tried again, on second day we agreed on 5 pm, we waited until 10 pm, they never came. The 3rd day, I started calling them and a woman answered my call, she asked me to call again after an hour for she didn't know what's going on and I was told to talk to another employee or owner. I called after an hour and half, no one answered me. I was always directed to a mail voice that isn't set up, yet. Two of their phone numbers, no one answered me. Maybe they're busy. But I cannot wait for them anymore, I need our car that isn't working to be moved out from our old apartment because today is our last day on the lease. I searched Yelp and found this SUPER AMAZING towing service and by the way I haven't mentioned how reasonable the price is. Thank you so much, Express Towing. You saved our day.
