  • I follow them on instagram (designerexchange1) and they post some great designer stuff for amazing prices! I came across a bag I really wanted (LV Bloomsbury PM) so I decided to go check out the store. There was a woman who helped me (I'm guessing she is the owner) and also a man. Both of them were super friendly and nice and very knowledgeable about the item I wanted to purchase. The bag is in 10/10 condition and I only paid a little over half the retail price! (currently retails for $1,420 at Louis Vuitton!) Amazing deal!!! Overall, great customer service and I would definitely come back to this store!
