  • My husband and son have been coming here for quite sometime, as well as my nephew. The haircuts I don't have an issue with... my son came in and asked a fairly simple question and was not rude or disrespectful. It seemed to difficult for the first guy in from the window and he took I upon himself to demean a young child and laugh as he left the building. Well, with that I will make it known I called Dr. Nazarian to help you get your weight under control since you feel it's ok to treat children like that. I feel that this is coming from self hate and I want to start your journey to a more positive self image. ;) I feel ashamed for those that laughed with this ass at my child as he walked out of the building. Also, my family is very ingrained from the beginnings of East Henderson and most business on Water st failure is due to attitude, no business can flourish when you talk to your clients like dirt. Please take this into consideration going forward... I want to support my local businesses but can't when they are just nasty and when it's my son it will become worse. Shame on you. Update to Owner Comment: It shows poor conduct that you jumped to the defense of your horrible staff member so quickly and call me a liar. There was NO misunderstanding other than you don't understand how to treat customers. It did happen and you did wittiness it first hand and have allowed it to other customers that I have seen myself while waiting. I stand by my original review.
