| - I've been going to this specific Trader Joe's for years now and never had an issue. The food is always reasonably priced, fresh and well stocked. There is now one that has opened closer to me, so I'll be not coming to this location as often so I thought I'd right them a review.
One of the staples I always make a beeline for is their Blue Cheese Roasted Pecan dip. It's delicious! Twice now I've picked up their Bacon Cheddar Ranch dip, the first time I loved it, but the second time it had a very strong smell. Not like it had gone bad. But it was like strong sour cream smack you in the face smell that even my boyfriend, who was across the table from me was like, "what is that?". I don't know what the issue was with this product. Perhaps it had been unrefrigerated for a bit? I did eat it and didnt get sick, so I have no idea but I wont be buying it again.
I've also purchased their multi grain crackers (perfect for the blue cheese dip), the frozen flat bread pizza called Tarte D'Alace (which was delicious. Included a bunch of my favorite things- caramelized onion and gruyere.) My only complaint is that the crust is too soft. Another couple things I grab as staples are their Dark Chocolate Almonds and their Milk Chocolate Virgin Peanuts. Those are to die, everyone needs to get them a try! :)
Besides some of this here and there items I've purchased included their Roasted Garlic and Onion jam/dip. I haven't tried it yet, but it was inexpensive and sounded delicious.
I love how this TJ's is always in stock, their food is delicious and fresh, always very clean and their employees have great customer service.
