  • This is my favourite music store in Toronto. The customer service is consistently great. I don't know if it is because the staff wear ties, but I have always had professional service there. I have had frustrating experiences at other music stores, because I am young and female, (maybe I don't look like I have money to spend?) so now I only go to Long & McQuade because of the consistently good customer service.
