I needed a cut bad and I just moved to the area. I am a licensed hair stylist myself and don't have a place just yet or work. I thought I would give supercuts a shot and see if it would one be a spot to get a cut and maybe work for them eventually.
I was greeted with professionalism but the girl Ashley who greeted me and cut my hair was dressed in all black (apparently that's the dress code) and no apron. She was covered in hair and had piercings on her face which weren't so flattering. I never like to leave reviews but this has bothered me very much.
Now I have a very simple disconnected hair cut. Which is called the undercut. I told her what to do and she failed and kept saying that it's hard for her to blend. Me coming from a top salon in chicago and La, that is very scary to hear.
I just told her I was satisfied with my haircut because I didn't need it anymore botched.
If I were you, or the boss of this location. I would make sure the people you hire are not only kind and professional but dress the part and have the education that is needed to be cutting hair. I still tipped her very well from what I got. But 16 for this hair cut was the worst I have ever had. If I can do a negative star I would.
