  • The girls did fantastic work..... my make-up didn't budge and looked stunning - exactly how I wanted it. My hair kept until the next day and truly, I was obsessed. However, there was SO much jostling around for my appointment. I'm flexible, but it became annoying. My hair appointment was supposed to be immediately following my make-up. While getting my make-up done, the artist asked if I had scheduled my hair appointment. Um, isn't that part of booking the entire package??? She texted the hair stylist and seemed very iffy on if she'd show. Then I felt guilty as though I should have known to book her directly. When she finished, she informed me hair was running behind but would be there in 45 minutes. Nope. TWO hours later she arrived. I was literally trapped in my hotel room because I didn't know when she'd get there. Finally, I reserved my appointment with a CC but was not told it was cash only for payment. How does that make sense? At least inform me prior to so I am prepared. I don't mind, just give me a heads up. Overall, loved the finished product.
