Went in to make an appointment for an IUD procedure and as well as making the appointment went (no waiting time) I was relocated to the one in Phoenix, which is fine.
The day I made my appointment the receptionist told me it depended on the nurse practitioner to determine if I would get numbed so I just needed to go and have that discussed.
Today was my appointment (made for 2:20 was seen at 3:30) and I was immediately told my mom could not be in the room, fine no big deal, but when I asked about being numbed the nurse told me that the only thing they give is iburprofen...
Regardless, I think each location needs to discuss with each other what their rules and regulations are before allowing their patients to drive, wait, and receive the wrong information.
