  • I came in on a Saturday night and was seen right away. I've been having pains in my let rib cage and that side pokes out a lot more than my right. I have always been having trouble breathing. They took my vitals then a Nurse Practitioner came in and felt around my ribs and that was the last I saw of her. She made it seem so inconvenient that I came in when I can barely breath. They order blood tests and an x ray. They keep you in this dignity lounge while you wait for results. There was this lady in there crying of pain and begged the nurse for a place to lay down (she had to stretch out on two chairs). They refused to do anything for her to make it more comfortable. She ended up laying on the floor and the nurses allowed this. 15 minutes after my x ray a nurse calls me again and does my vitals and tells me I'm good to go and gives me a prescription. I asked her about my results and she says the doctors says everything is normal. They didn't address the fact that I am having trouble breathing and my left side is bulging out. I was never once seen by a doctor. A doctor never came and felt ribs, the nurses didn't, except for the nurse practitioner the first 5 minutes of my visit. I left feeling like I was neglected. I will be filling a complaint with this hospital. The fact that I was not taken seriously for this is insulting. I will never return. I'll stick with Banner Good Sam.
