  • Hey! First and foremost you have a lovely hotel with an excellent location. I was in town for a concert recently (Yeezy baby, "huh!") - your hotel made my roadtrip from California so much easier. The good feeling of "We made it!" was complete once we arrived at the door. Alex, dear. You were wonderful, simply. Despite arriving after midnight she was ready for us on a very busy Saturday- I especially liked how she handled all guest concerns effectively and cheerfully. Alex earned personal points with me being that I, another Choice employee observed her work so well not knowing (at the time) that I am. Kudos! From then on I would have the pleasure of resting a couple days in a very large & comfy room that had everything I needed, it was completely quiet despite being sold out! I unfortunately didn't have much time to spend there in Arizona but I did enjoy the cool, peaceful town. The staff members I encountered in passing were all welcoming and very helpful. I'd be happy to stay again, thank you :)
