  • My friend and I were looking for some granite for her home and I was looking for a piece of granite for our laundry room. Joe Ricciardi is the person we dealth with first, he was very nice and accomadating, but I felt like he was wheeling and dealing. Uncomfortable for me, but since I already had granite throughout my home, i knew what I was looking for. I later called and made sure they still had the piece of granite as I wanted my husband to see it. We then dealth with Madhi, Long story short, they did NOT want to answer any questions about the installation or various other questions. Trying to get a time and date for the measurement and install was a issue. The price for the Blanco sink was high and we bought elseware. They wanted to dictate the whole process and not allow us to speak, When we were at the lot, Joe came out and when we asked a question, he walked off, each time i had a question, I had to go inside to get him, he clearly DID NOT want to answer. We had the same issue trying to deal with Madhi on the phone. He said he could not make any money if we called him to ask questions. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We went ahead as the granite was a rare find and it matched what we installed 19 years ago in our home, THE WHOLE PLUS TO THIS IS THE 2 MEN WHO CAME TO INSTALL COULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY NICER. THEY WERE A BREATH OF FRESH AIR. BUYER BEWARE. I know it show a A+ BBB, but it is a very old rating, I called the BBB to verify
