  • Where do i start? Fry's advertises 4X fuel points during the holiday season. I purchased a $200.00 Southwest Gift Card and didn't receive the additional fuel points advertised. I go to customer service and she said i have to take care of it myself. Hence, why i am there. I asked to speak to a manager. She comes and tells me the same thing. Go online and take care of it yourself or call customer service on the back of your card! Have a nice day and thank you for shopping frys.
