  • So I came in the other night and ordered an ice coffee but added some syrups to my liking. The drink order came right up and I took my cup over the counter where the napkins and straws are. When I went to put my straw in my cup, I knocked over my drink!!! Coffee was everywhere (it was a venti) even on my toes as I was wearing flip flops. I notified an employee of my accident and went to the restroom to clean up the best I could. When I got out of the restroom there was an employee waiting for me with a new drink, they remade it for me exactly how I ordered it the first time, while another employee was cleaning up my mess. They did not even charge me for the extra syrup, just took care of me without my asking. Great service and a great product, I love this location!
