  • Found Roka Akor while browsing thorugh Open Table & based on the reviews in Yelp & OpenTable I could not understand how I could miss this restaurant...perhaps I need to change how I restaurant search throught the multiple internet sites. Whatever... Let's get this out of the way - we were incedibly impressed & put it on our list of 'keepers'....while very noisy, we will be back. Service: relatively good, thought the waiter had too many tables Drinks/cocktails - interesting & creative. Appetizers - butterfish tataki....incredible & pork belly was good. Entree: robata grilled Prime NY Strip Loin with truffle aioli....we ordered medium rare & was presented sliced with micro greens on top....one of the best steaks we've ever eaten. Unfortunately my partner found the side order of brussel spouts oily & limp - but we thought that was a small miss. We can't wait to go back & try different items.
