  • Avoid this store at all costs! They made a mistake on my contract that ended up costing me over 800 for a new phone. After leaving the store with two new iPhone 8's with insurance they somehow dropped insurance on one of them after the fact. One missing iPhone later, I'm told that it was uninsured. The other phone is fine they say, you only have insurance on one phone. Who buys two new iPhones and insures only one of them! The least professional manager in the world will sit slovenly in his chair and lie right to your face that people do that all of the time. The fact that I have the contract in my hand showing coverage on both of them at the time of this purchase does not dissuade this lazy inept man. His only sorry excuse for an excuse is that I should be diligently doing a line item assessment of each of my bills to make sure that ATT does not randomly take key items out my contract without notifying me. Avoid this store like the plague unless you want to deal with compete incompetence that will most certainly cost you more money than you agreed to. Buyer beware: Professionalism, honestly, and taking responsibility for mistakes not included. This nightmare experience occurred 5/25/18 at 5pm. Hopefully the owner is aware of this place being run into the ground by his management and the careless staff that created this issue. Contact ATT and find out how the customer service rep was treated by one of your thug employees while I was in the store with her on speakerphone. I hope she files a complaint against him. She couldn't apologize more on behalf of ATT on how I was treated there. The entire exchange is recorded and worth looking into.
