The name says it all: "Battista's Hole in the Wall."
It overcompensates for its really mediocre food by all the other kitsch items they have and the all the wine you can drink feature, for those that are interested in that. I think the service was "middle of the road," as well.
I have had better Italian food at the chains out there (Carraba's, Macaroni Grill, Olive Garden). They do serve you a filling meal but it's just not that great. I guess people go try it because of its novelty value and its long history, being adjacent to the Strip. Sorry, but that's not enough for a return visit.
I thought I might be in the minority - but there are a host of other 1, 2 and 3 star reviews for this place.
