  • I debated on writing a review or not, but decided that I should. I live in Scottsdale, but on the 4th of July I was down in Fountain Hills. After the firework show that I was attending I really wanted a granita from Starbucks, so my boyfriend and I decided to drive like mad people to get to a location before they closed. Our first goal was the location on Scottsdale and Thunderbird but it occurred to us that it wasn't going to happen. Then we called the Bethany Home location and realized we had plenty of time to make it despite the long drive. We got there three minutes before close and tried to walk inside to be quicker, but they already had the inside locked. The guy inside cleaning wasn't even going to open the door to talk to us and when he did he was extremely rude and rubbed us the wrong way. We then had to hop in the drive through where they wouldn't take us or the car in front of us. We were SO frustrated after driving thirty plus minutes and then being denied our drinks. I work at Dutch Bros and we always serve the line of cars that we have even if it's past closing.
