Horrible customer service. Took 5 trips just to try and get iPad fixed. First time they "attempted" to fix the screen was pealing off and home button no loner worked when I got it back. Tried to refix it and took forever. Multiple trips and tried to work with managers/owners and they were no help and offered no incentives bc of how badly they messed up. Not to mention workers go on break whenever they want and showed up 20min after they were supposed to open. Horrible customer service and service in general. Too bad. Great idea, very poorly organized and didn't actually fix anything.
