  • I would give Janice 10 stars if I could. She worked us through a some what difficult situation with the house we purchased where the seller wanted to change the contract after it was signed by both parties to a situation where the first full offer on the house we were selling fell through for lack of a loan. My wife entered the hospital shortly after we signed a contract with Janice to sell our house making it a difficult time with getting the new house ready, moving and getting our house ready and staged to sell. With out the excellent advice and help from Janice things would not have turned out as well. Janice worked with me to design what I need to do to get the best price but also helped me find people to do the up grades that were required to people to even clean up. She pitched in to stage the house after the work was done. The first offer came in the first day and was a fill price offer and we expected the offer. After a couple of days it be came obviously there was going to be a problem for the buyer getting a loan. Janice suggested we go ahead with the planed open house the following weekend. We received three more offers that weekend all over the asking price. In about 10 days the original buyer signed a contract to back out of his offer and we accepted thus allowing us to look at the others that came in all above asking price. As we looked over the offers with Janice I chose the one offer that 75% cash down so there were no worries about one more loan failing. I'm sure there are other dedicated realtors out there but in our opinion Janice is on top. Her total dedication to her clients and knowledge in her field of real estate gives her your top rating in our book. Janice thank you again for your expert advice and guidance. Vic & Mary
