  • I had the WORST expiererence here at wild horse pass. My boyfriend and I went this weekend for the music festival on Saturday so we didn't have to drive all the way home that night. They never let us check in, and then after having the WORST customer service I got ready in their bathroom because I couldn't get ready anywhere else. There were like so many sketchy/crackhead people in the bathrooms and walking around. And after not getting the room I paid for they wouldn't give me a refund or anything. I would never go back and I would certainly not recommend to a friend they ruined my boyfriends and my weekend in the hotel.
