rev:text	By far the WORST experience I could receive! I had purchased the full body groupon and was very excited. I was better off not purchasing it. I had wasted time and money. First complaint: I had about four or five appointments rescheduled in the beginning of my treatment. This location was far from my home. So inconvenient and unprofessional. It frustrates me because that could mean I would receive one less treatment since their one year treatment is fixed. Second complaint- Don't be fooled by their "one year laser treatment" with their ridiculous time span of waiting, you will probably only receive 7-8 appointment. Maybe a less amount for legs since you have to wait an extra two weeks. This is basically false advertisement. Another thing they will fool you with is saying you have to renew your membership in order to see results. I was told in the beginning of my treatment that I will see about 60-80% of results. I seriously saw nothing. When I would point this out to my technician, all she said was yeah and that I should get another year of laser treatment-- no thanks. Third complaint- Not seeing results not only all over my body but not on my FACE. In order to "see results" you have to shave. I shaved under lip and chin thinking that my hair would permanently be gone. This only made it worse which saddens me the most about the experience. In the end I don't care about the money or long drives, this is a permanent problem and really upsets me. I honestly stopped going to the last of my appointments because it would only thicken my facial hair if I continue to shave it and just for the pure fact of not seeing results. Very disappointed. Waste of time and money.
