I was one of those jerks who was on my phone while they were politely trying to take my order so I didn't realize when the cashier accidentally charged me for a LARGE fry rather than a LITTLE fry. Completely my fault cause I didn't even look up from my phone for a second when he was placing my order. When I got my fries I realized they had given me and charged me a large, I love five guys but definitely didn't need a large order of fries. They had a manger come back and refund me my money. Great customer service, from the moment I walked in I was greeted by everyone who was in the front of the house! Like I said, the mistake was my fault & they were still so great about it!!! Thanks guys
