  • New upgrade from the old Yama Sushi! This place is very spacious and can now accommodate parties bigger than 8, it is much more convenient. The service has definitely gotten better since the old location, maybe due to more staff? Our server, Maria always checked up on us and notice the small things (taking our plates, refills, ordering more food, etc.,) She was on top of things, I loved that. The food came out pretty fast. The sushi proportion is perfect, 75% sushi and 25% rice that's how it should be done. The salmon felt like butter, it melts in your mouth so perfectly. I recommend getting the yellowtail Kama, it comes with lemon and ponzu sauce it's so good (although it's limited to 1 per person), their Amaebi (sweet shrimp) is bomb too, you get the option of rather or not you want the shrimp's head which is battered and deep fried. Love coming here, one of my favorite sushi places.
