  • Finally decided to try the famous La Diperie the last weekend of Summer! I am not a huge ice cream fan but can have it in small quantities if it is mixed with chocolate etc. We went to the new location in West Island opposite Cinema Guzzo. The place is quite small and there is no sign as of yet but the turquoise chairs outside the parlour are a good indication! It was difficult making up my mind on what combination to go for but in the end I went for a mini cone (perfect size for me) with oreo chocolate sauce and peanuts topping. It was a great combo however I found the mini cone cannot handle so much so it was falling apart and got quite messy! Next time, I will probably avoid any topping and stick to chocolate sauce only. Apart from that, I found it super delish and will definitely be back!!
