  • Solar Mechanical is absolutely the WORST company I've EVER dealt with in my entire life!!! (And I'm 60 years old and have owned 7 houses and had numerous repair companies over the years.) They are the WORST EVER!!! If I could give them zero stars, I would. The technicians were nice and seemed competent, but dealing with the owner is horrendous! He is rude, obnoxious, condescending, and loud (he YELLED at me on 3 occasions over the phone, even though I was patient, calm, and polite). He is also a LIAR who gave me and my warranty company false information. The company is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. Twice he couldn't find my paperwork, so he called ME a liar because HE couldn't find my paperwork! I waited patiently to have my washer fixed for over a month!! Finally I asked my warranty company to assign another company and the problem was fixed in two days. DO NOT DEAL WITH SOLAR MECHANICAL!!!!!!
