  • I used to go here all the time for shoe repairs. I brought in a pair of boots with a broken zipper and was quoted a price for the fix. When I went to pick them up, I found that they'd replaced the broken zipper with a mismatched one in a different colour and style. When I asked if they expected me to wear mismatched boots, they replied that they could change the other zipper to match, but that it would cost extra. When I refused to pay extra, they tried to hold my boots for ransom until I paid them more money. Rude, abusive service by the management. I will never, ever go back there.
