  • Took 2 car over to them this week for there oil change special & rotation. Was informed of repairs needed for 500 dollars & planed on having them do the repairs a couple days later. After bringing the cars home I noticed the tire weren't rotated on either car like requested & is on the bill. I called Berry (manager) to ask him about this. His response was very short & too the point. "if I don't like it don't bring your car back". Wow good customer service for a new shop in our area. I proceeded to take the car to another shop to have checked out (they quoted 500), to my surprise i was charged $113.62 & it was fixed. Not what they quoted at all! Makes me wonder if they even checked, did they even do the oil change? Buyer Beware!!!
