  • Service is fine here, but I was told an oil change would be done in 30-45 minutes. Person at the counter said they would call me when it's done. Over an hour later I was waiting for my car at the store, they weren't slammed or anything. I went up and asked if my car was done and it turned out it was done for a while. What's hard about calling when a service is done? Maybe the person just had a bad day. I'm still a repeat customer but please just fix that one thing for next time.
