  • So here I go again writing a review about Simply Housekeeping but this one should be titled, " Everyone is human " ........... I love Rose and her staff and as I have stated before, we have used them for the last couple yrs. Always satisfied and everything is sparkling clean, even the windows. Except this last time. The sun does not hit our backyard until after 3:00 or so. When I came home from the doctors, I noticed that the back windows were streaked and cloudy. This has never happened before. If anything, they are so clean and clear that the birds fly into them, not realizing there is a window there. I sent the owner, Rose, a text with a picture. Within minutes, she got back with me and said they would take care of it A.S.A.P. I said the girls could come the next morning and of course, like clockwork, they were there. Happy, smiling, apologizing and ready to make the windows perfect. No excuses, no bad attitudes, admitting what happened and going to work on the windows. Once again Rose, thank you for handling a small problem like the professional you are!!!!! Carol W.
