  • When we first walked in, the line wasn't too long. We waited a few minutes to place our order; the lady at the cash register was bagging food items and forgot that we were standing there. Aside from that, she was quite friendly and helpful. When we got our food, my daughter pointed out that there was a visible hair on our fries. Because we had already waited an unreasonable amount of time to receive our meal and a long line had grown, I refrained from notifying an employee. The food quality was mediocre. The fries could have been warmer and more fresh. While we were eating, we could hear the workers behind the counter yelling at each other and overall being very unprofessional. There were several dirty tables in the dining room and I had to wipe off my table prior to eating. Overall, it was a pretty negative experience and I will not go back.
