  • For starters I'll go ahead and talk about the good features of Baymont. The breakfast is pretty satisfying with a good amount of options to choose from. The from desk has friendly staff and the ice machines actually work. On to a more negative view of things. First walking in the tv is in a very inconvenient location. You can't watch it from the coach or the bed without straining your neck. The refrigerator dos not work. Very disappointing. The bed blankets are simply sheets, that is all. Our first day there we missed our first house keeping run. They left a memo stating we could still receive cleaning services if we notified them and they would glad come by again. We then notified them that we wished to have our room cleaned while we were out. They assured us they would be happy to do that. We came back several hours later and nothing was done to our room. From then we had to be asking for toilet paper, towels, trash bag refills etc. Now, the location is pretty hidden and not in a very good location. In the middle of now where if I may say. The pool is the smallest thing I have ever seen. The gym has exactly 3 machines in a tight area and nothing else. Overall I rated with a 2 star. Hey like I said before; at least the ice machines work.
