  • service is mediocre.....i lost my apple iphone & notified this store & customer service. they continued to charge me service for a lost phone and each time i addressed the issue, theyacted as if they were hearing it for the first time! store staff are simple-asses that pick and choose when to speak. in other words, if it is not to their benefit, they will igrnore the customer. (if you are looking at phones, or paying at the kiosk whenever it works).
