  • This place is a dump. The "executive suite" was last updated in 1986 (or so), the toilet is running constantly, there are no extra pillows available, it is stale and smelly, the sink is in the main bedroom (cannot emphasize how ridiculous this is), and the help is rude and standoffish. I called the front desk and it rang 80 times without anyone answering. I asked if we could have a couple more pillows and the gentleman at the front desk asked me if I realized my room comes with 8 pillows. We have a couple kids with me and my wife and we each like 3 pillows. Apparently this request was insane: "we're sold out of pillows". He forgets that he is in the retail business and should be friendly and charming even if they cannot meet my request. This place is terrible. Never staying here again and will recommend people not stay here.
