  • I have been a customer at this store since it opened but had an extremely bad experience with the older woman that is the manager. My girlfriend had picked up a bag of dog food while I was working out of town but it was not the correct type so I went to the store to exchange it. The rudeness I was greeted with was not only appalling to me, other customers looked horrified as well when they heard the managers tone of voice, loudly shouting at me. Another employee tried to talk to her but was immediately shut down with a growl worthy of a Rottweiler. Bottom line; she refused to approve the exchange of an unopened bag of the same brand that was bought only a week before. So I donated it to a dog shelter since I couldn't use it for my senior Labrador. I have never in my whole life seen this kind of rudeness in a retail store. Needless to say, I will never be back.
