  • Terrible service, we placed an order with them to print a fabric step & repeat, paid, waited 3 days, followed up, they said it was not ready but will be ready in a couple of days, then checked back in a couple of days and tgey told us they forgot about our order!!! Our event was in 2 days and they told us the soonest they would be able to have it done is 3 days! We ended up having to order from a different company and because the order had to be a rush order we ended up paying $600!! The staff at JW Media did not seem to care or put any effort into fixing their screw up that caused us a lot of stress and money. Very unprofessional!
