  • Will never go back to this place. We went to this location twice and to the Cuyahoga Falls location for our dog's annual exams. At our last visit, as usual, they try to push unnecessary vaccines, as well as their Wellness Plan. We said no to everything except a rabies vaccine and heart worm medication. Then they told us they would take him to the back to take blood because they don't like doing it in front of the owners. We didn't think much of it because they've done that before. We expected them to bring our dog back to us and do the exam and shots in from of us. Well, after 5 minutes the vet brings our dog back in to the room and says he looks good and they're waiting for the test result for the heart worm medication and walks back out. Then, maybe a minute later, the nurse walks in and says the result was negative and they gave him the medication and rabies shot already and he's good to go. So was he given the medication before they even knew the results of the test?? Then the vet can't do an exam in front of the owners or even introduce herself?? And they couldn't give our dog a vaccine in front of us?? We will be taking our dog elsewhere from now on! For all I know he didn't get any of it! This place is horrible. All they care about is money. We spent $140 at the visit and really don't even know if he received what we went for. Will be finding a much better place to bring our fur baby from now on!
