rev:text	BEFORE I GO ANY FURTHER THE 5 STARS ARE FOR ANNETTE!!!!! I love this woman! Yes I was just a resident and she's not my bff but from the first day I toured the property I told her the only reason I leased was because of her. The Lennox was more of a transitional spot for me, having moved from Vantage in Henderson, I signed a 6 month lease with plans to find something similar to my old loft. With that said depending on what your taste is like in apartments you may quite enjoy the boutique style property. I was the first one to live in my unit so didn't have major maintenance issues, just the typical move in fixer uppers that were handled in a timely manner. I wasn't heavily involved in the social stuff so can't speak much on that but whenever I had an issue Annette was always on top of things! Pros: -VERY WELL MAINTAINED AND MANAGED PROPERTY in comparison most high/mid rises in Vegas -ANNETTE -Quiet, an introvert's paradise(I lived in the 4th floor so I may be biased -Small amount of units(only 100) so you know you'll get the intimate level of customer service -Complimentary on site car wash on Saturdays for residents(never used it but was a nice touch) -Fairly okay location, close to town square and the freeway/strip isn't too far away -Move in/move out process was hassle free -ANNETTE Cons: -Sketchy tenants, but that's not managements fault, provided that proper background checks are being ran. No one ever bothered me but I did notice it. -CLOSET SPACE: terrible, but my old 2300sqft loft had small closets too so must be a Vegas thing? -the inconvenience when guests visit/food delivery..again not the staff's fault but the building is set up to where you'll always have to walk either across the pool area or on the street to meet your guests. This was my least favorite thing about living there. All in all I enjoyed my stay and encourage anyone who's considering to at least go take a look!
