  • Use to Love this place. Called in an order for my wife's birthday. "Usually they are pretty good with take out orders". Jamerica screwed the whole thing up. 4:45Pm pick up, I was there at 4:30Pm, they were "CLOSED" according to the sign and locked door. Waited until 5:10.....still closed and not answering the phone. The Madison Police escorted me away from the general area, as I was parked in a tow away zone and didnt feel like losing my vehicle over the matter. It was time to give up on Jamerica. They finally answered the phone at 5:30Pm, said, "Oh, sorry, your order is ready now". It wasn't as Martin admitted fault in the matter. Shame on you Jamerica. You just lost a ton of business as I know several dozen people who use to frequent your establishment at least once per week. Two thumbs down, WAY DOWN
