  • Not impressed at all with the service. I also sent the management an email which went to the wind I suppose. I asked for my smoothie without ice and thick. After the third time of being handed a watery drink, I just took my drink, threw it away and sent an email, which as I stated earlier was a waste. It wasn't that the drink was not prepared correctly it was the attitudes of the employees that bothered me. They seemed bothered and annoyed that I didn't want ice. The second time my drink was shoved at me and rhe last time slammed on the table and no one uttered a word. That's why I chose to review. If you don't like your drink and ask for a remake, don't be alarmed when you are given attitude and management doesn't fix it.
