The front desk is atrocious, especially since this is a place where people come when they are sick. She is on the defense for whatever reason and doesn't even say hello to a patient but can toss around orders in a very rude tone about filling out a portion about the insurance especially when she just made a copy of my card. I think your office can use a more pleasant person up front. I've been to other locations especially in chandler on Ray Rd and they are better. I saw your front desk person promising some patient that they will be seen in a minute no problem ahead, as she pointed to the Hispanic people sitting in the waiting room with kids. How is this for healthcare? There is no care you're better off going elsewhere.
