  • This pizza was soggy and bland. I called in my order, the lady on the phone told me it would be ready in 15-20mins. I stopped at the store grabbed a juice and headed over. Got there in exactly 20mins., by the time I got home and served up slices to my family, the pizza was soggy and flavorless, the Garlic Knots were hard and the chicken wings had so much fat on them, they obviously weren't cleaned and prepared properly. To top it off I did not receive a receipt and did not receive my proper change. I was so disappointed in this restaurant that I called to speak to a member of management. The woman I spoke with completely ignored my complaint, told me that next time I should ask for a crispier crust and that the $9 that I was shorted with change was inaccurate but since they did not give me a receipt I can't even fight it. So I thought I would warn others to their shady practices and terrible food.
