  • My family got to the airport to vegas and confused where to go! We didn't know where to get the tickets at first, so we just asked the driver who dropped people off at the airport and he told us to go to section/ window 9 and 10 there is a boot/box where they sell the tickets. we got the roundtrip. We got in right away to the gray line, the driver was cool, and we got to our hotel excalibur with in 10 minutes ( I think) ...... The day after, we called the gray line company to confirm what time gray line is picking us up the next day (Cuz it says call w/ in 24 hrs before departure time) and we had to call twice for the operator lady (bitches) to tell us where to stand and wait for the damn bus... well we figuried it out ourselves in the morning (it's the same place you got dropped off but no the women on the phone couldn't tell us that) the shuffle picked us up at 5 in the morning we got there at like 5 15 to get departed at 8:30am. kinda early but better to be early than late. the driver wasn't bad either (its not same driver lol) so yea.... just the experience with the gray line company was confusing and they could have done a better job by organizing their routes and expalining to us what the hell is going on because there are people who come to vegas for the first time...
