  • I have been coming here every 2-4 weeks for a while but I won't be returning after my visit today. The woman that works to the far right (I think she may be the manager) has really ruined it for me. I've had not the best experiences with her in the past, as she is really rough and my hands always hurt when I leave after she does them. She asked about the length of my acrylics and I said a little shorter than what she was showing, and she went all the way to the length of my natural nail and cut it before I could say anything. I stopped her and said that was way too short and figured she would put a new tip on since she had only cut the one, but she then continued to cut the rest longer and leave the one obviously short nail (right pointer finger in photo). I wasn't planning leaving a review like this until I looked at hands after it was all done and had broken bleeding skin around my nails. I've had other women there do my nails who are much more careful and don't leave my hands hurting and bleeding. This was my first time not leaving a tip and I will never come back now. 2 stars for past pleasant experiences I've had but today was a nightmare.
