  • We had a young lady named Elizabeth greet us. She seemed upset from the beginning. The service was horrible. I figured she was probably having a rough day prior to us arriving but it really made the experience terrible. She wasnt knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in, she just seemed upset. She rushed us and when it was time to bargain, the manager, according to her, was not willing to negotiate with us unless we were ready to make a "real" deal. We had cash to buy the truck outright! This is one of those situations where there are just too many options to choose from when purchasing a vehicle in this area to ever return to Autonation in Tempe.
