  • Beware! Called the main office and knowing where their office was,MY FIRST QUESTION was, do you service the Goodyear area? A very nice, helpful person checked for me and said yes they do. She took my name and phone number and said a service tech would be contacting me. About 10 min. later, a tech called me and requested that I text him my information, type of appliance, problem, address. About an hour later, he texted that they don't service my area.. Called the main office again, spoke with someone who acted as if he didn't care less about what I was calling about and clearly told me that I was too far out of their area. It is now late in the afternoon and doubt if I can contact anyone else before tomorrow. They wasted my time and may have cost me an extra day in getting someone to address my issue.
