  • Took my wedding dress in for a bustle and a little hemming the end of January, informed it'd be ready first week of March, no call and it was mid March. I contacted them, they called back 2 days later stating my dress would be ready first week of April. Almost mid April and no call. I called twice in the same week with no reply so I drove there and asked for my dress back. After throwing a stink, I magically get a call the next day that my dress is ready. I get a voicemail apology and they offered to press my dress for free. Finally getting my dress back 2 weeks before my wedding with a headache from waiting so long and lack of communication.
